Below are instructions for teachers to use before contact a tech:

Pausing a Test:
Hold down Control + Shift + P

Kindergarten Fix:
Click mouse anywhere on the desktop
Hold down Control + Shift + K

Frozen Computer:
Hold down Command + Shift + Escape
