Once logged in please verify these things
- Connected to Staff Wifi
- System Settings → Network → Verify "Staff" is selected
- Verify "D141" Printer is listed
- System Settings → Printers and Scanners → "D141" is listed
- Applications to check: (To check Applications: Click Finder → Applications)
- PC Client
- In the top right corner of your desktop, your account name and print balance should be there.
- If not, click on the P in the menu bar (the top of your screen)
- Self Service
- Open Self Service → Click "Update Inventory
- Chrome
- Restart the machine
- Login
- username- first initial last name (example: John Smith > jsmith)
- password - Google Password
