Below are the instructions on how to post Board Minutes and Board Agendas to our webpage:
1. Login to the website
2. Select the Ottawa Elementary School District
3. Click on the Events Calendar button
4. Under "Search & List Events", next to Category, select Specific Category and choose "Board Meetings" from the drop down menu, as shown below:
5. Click Search
6. Under Event Title, click on the correct Board Meeting month
7. Scroll down and next to 'Event Attachments', Click " Choose File" to upload either the Board Minutes or Board Agenda
8. Click Save
To Sync the Calendar
1. At the top of the page, click on "Event Calendar Home"
2. Select " Board Meetings"
3. Click the " Sync Now" button to update the calendar with your current changes
* Note: You must click " Sync Now" after every change you make and every update
